Fraps' quality isn't good enough for YouTube? The quality of it is pretty good if your PC can handle it and the game running at the same time. Going by your specs, and if you're an avid gamer, I suggest upgrading that rig to more modern specs. If money is an issue, build one yourself, grabbing parts when you get the cash.
