you get skullgirls + Skullgirls ∞Endless Beta∞, which are two different games in the library with that key, although I have never played them so i don't precisely know what they consist of xD

If you saw that on the page, you probably don't get the key after you buy it.

Maybe you could try searching on SteamDB and see if it showed a ROW key entry of that game. If yes, you may able to activate that. If it is a region restricted game, HB usually marked it on the page.

I bought BlazBlue Calamty Trigger during stem sale and I had to give it up since it wasn't starting on my pc, so I'll probably buy T1 just and hope it works. Is it worth it to play both BB and Chrono Trigger? As far as I understand they're basically the same thing?

I'm assuming the question was about BB calamity trigger and BB Continuum Shift and not Chrono Trigger since that's not even the same genre, let alone similar :P
BB CS and CT have the same gameplay however Continuum shift is a direct sequel to Calamity Trigger. But this is the Extend version which means it also includes the story mode of Calamity Trigger(slightly altered) so you won't need to play that one first.

no, i did mean bb e chrono trigger! I was under the assumption that they were more or less the same game just with dfferent character (I was sure I had read a review that said something similar). But if you say they're not, I'll take a look at both games :D

The BlazBlue games are just tweaked versions of each other, yes, with the latest one being the most rich in features.
If you want to invest in the franchise, or think you'll burn through the games fast, then getting each is worth it.
If you're more about wrapping yourself into a single iteration of a fighting game, then the latest release is your best bet. Unlike VS or Mortal Kombat games or similar, the gameplay isn't distinct enough between games to warrant purchasing each game of the series, if your aim is pursuing a varied fighting game experience.
It's also worth noting that Guilty Gear and BlazBlue have some similarities of approach (they're both done by the same company), with fans generally preferring one or the other a fair bit over the other (I prefer Guilty Gear). So if you find you don't like a BlazBlue game, then popping over to Guilty Gear is likely a better option than trying a different BlazBlue game (given how slight the differences are between BlazBlue games).

Street Fighter × Tekken?! Last time I checked, that game cannot be started since the GfWL service it relies on for launching is discontinued.
Leave it to Capcom to include a non-functional game in a bundle…

To my knowledge, they haven't touched this game since 2013. The community patch is three years younger.
There is also the xlive.dll workaround for these games, but good luck finding one from a trusted source.

Nothing is exactly certain. Some people supposedly can run it without doing anything. Still, with a below 40% score where most negative reviews complain about the game not working, I guess there is a larger chance that some problem will occur. :|

About Skullgirls on your purchase page it says "Note: Skullgirls DRM-Free build is base game only."
I don't see why they write out that if the Steam key is only basegame aswell? Makes no sense to me.

The Steam key gives you access to the beta client, which I believe lets you access early versions of the DLC characters.
That may be the reason for the notation.
