To brawl or not to brawl?
All of them are outdated or outright forgotten.
Arcana Heart 3 has Six Stars: AH3->Love Max->Six Stars arcade->Six Stars steam (one new character, not even samsho 5 sp was this bad).
Guilty Gear has Rev2: XX and updates->Xrd (arcade)->Sign (consoles)->Revelator->Rev2
Blazblue has Central Fiction (CF): BB->CS->CP->CF, not counting extends.
I only recommend the dollar tier. If you want to see Sign's story there's youtube.

You're not going to get the newest games in reasonable tiers in a standard bundle, though.
For more dedicated fighting game fans, it's just nice having more options available to burn through when scratching that fighting game itch. It isn't as though the franchises involved aren't well-respected [other than the matter of how Capcom manages their PC ports].
If your goal is an active online community and the most modern graphics, then you go for the newest game straight out of a standard sale. Otherwise, much like RPGs and point'n'click adventure games, fighting games tend to age well- and for local multiplayer or single-player utility, that's all you need.

Major point of interest even to those not into fighters : The Skullgirls soundtrack is included.
It's a really technical fighter with the whole boring memorisation of combo strings, juggling and such, but the art and music is gorgeous enough that playing through the singleplayer is quite relaxing even if you get your ass kicked. Recommended if only just for the cheeky soundtrack and visual design. Nearly bought the soundtrack as a standalone years back.
Skull Heart Arrhythmia for best trailer music
