They've had preorders for the past two bundles (three including this one.)

How dare they let people who want to preorder do so! I mean who do they think they are, some kind of company offering a service?! Lets all boycott it!

You do understand, that it's made for people who just can't purchase bundle at it's starting price? (because they're asleep or royale servers are flooded). That's just fair marketing, if you don't want to pre-order - then don't do that and don't complain about it, some people actually find that useful.

I don't like this pre-ordering for a bundle either. However it was mainly introduced to relax the servers. The benefit for pre-orders is very small and I hope they will never encourage it other than getting a chiptune. My guess is that they (and especially the indie devs) don't like blind pre-ordering either.

They only implemented it because their second bundle totally crashed their servers due to excessive demand. I think their pricing scheme is neat, but it does make people really rabidly try to buy it as fast as possible to save that few cents.

Its the same with Minecraft, SHAME ON NOTCH!!!!!!!

Unless I'm missing something, Indie Royale doesn't give anything to charity.

Indie Royale is just a for-profit group and has never claimed to be working for any charity. It's run by Desura.

I already own ND though... so personally I'm holding out. Preordered their other bundles and I've been dissapointed :(
