Third Person Gauntlet-Like Shooters

The best example I can come up with is the Raid Mode in Resident Evil: Revelations. I love it; but I can't be bothered going through the campaign to unlock all the levels. Are there games with similar game modes? Space Marine had it too to a certain degree.

Or just Third Person shooters in general. Whatever you like. Let's have a nice chat.

I certainly prefer first person over third, but I don't disdain the latter. Ones I love off the top of my head are Just Cause 2, Hitman series, and... Unreal Championship 2 (Melee Mode), BOOSH.

I feel like Space Marine came really close to what I wanted, but somehow just didn't quite do it for me... I wish there were more games of the genre.

I think Alien Breed (currently in the humble weekly sale) and Alien Swarm (free on Steam) are what you're looking for.

You might like God Mode, it's not getting great reviews though but it's the genre you're looking for.
