Problem when buying stuff..?

Hey, I'm trying to buy the Valve bundle to giveaway, but when i try to buy it (and with everything) i'm getting the error:

There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.

I've contacted support hours ago but still no response, does anyone know what may be the problem, yes i have money in my account.

I tried that, and my iPhone and my old desktop, same error every time.

I got that error on peaks but I had to wait to get it solved... :/

I don't think the issue is on your end.
You can't do anything else, just wait until support sends an answer.
