This is the correct response. Also, if you discovered this while checking a winner of one of your giveaways, you may simply submit a ticket to request a new winner and explain the same in that ticket. Two birds, one stone.

Just use two stones and change the saying. Two birds, one sling.

From what I know they're only supposed to win the game once. Activate it on their account, and then sync their account so that steamgifts knows that they already activated that game on their account. Never heard of someone winning the same game twice on the same day though. I guess in this case it would be best if someone told them to only activate one of them. Let people know which one they activated so whoever was in charge of the giveaway they didn't activate can reroll that one.

It's NEVER too late for a report.

Yesterday got a winner of one of my GA's a 2 weeks suspension for 2x not activated win and 2x multiple wins of the same game (5 copies all together). And he had that red marks from 2018.
Of course he got rerolled as winner and hopefully the new one don't have red marks :o)

It is against the rules but only possible in a few cases. As example with bundled versions (Deluxe and so on), DLC's or games with "profil limited" status because it's impossible to check them automatic. I think the steam API don't give the needed infos to sg (or something like that).

Normally it shouldn't be possible as far as I know, as Steamgift automatically remove the previous entries for a game if you won it & block the new ones by 'previously won' on the enter button...!?

It only checks from when you sync'd your account. So if you win twice and then activate one after the second win, then sync, it won't remove your entries. What you're supposed to do in that situation is just reach out to the giveaway host of whichever one you didn't activate and ask for a reroll because you just won the game. If you do that, your account won't be breaking any rules.

For sure, it removes automatically others entries when you won.
But not totally sure now, when the 'previously won' appear on the enter button, maybe only when you mark as received...I don't remember...
(whatever if the account is sync or not.)
