I'm conflicted on whether Brandon Sanderson ruined the last few Wheel of Time books, or whether Robert Jordan had already ruined them quite enough himself. Ker-bump!

it's hard to say how much of those books was Sanderson and how much Jordan considering he was working from such detailed notes that he described it as more of a posthumous collaboration. personally I enjoyed the end, even if the series did drag on at times and some parts were... less enjoyable (the handling of what Tylin did to Matt was absolutely disgusting). it also led to me discovering the Mistborn series which went straight to my favourites
