I guess many ppl suggested it, but can't find anything.
Anyway.
why there so function to exlude plaeyrs with 0.05 ratio to entering your GA?
I wan't to share games with ppl that want to play them.
not guy with 2k games in library who plays 2 hours per 2 weeks. and won 1500 of those games in SG.

You can set up your own rules for each GA that you do with sgtools.
And it give groups that have the rule "winner play the win in X months".

But besides that i haven't seen much users here, in over 2 years, that had a 0.05 ratio and play the wins more as other people with better ratios.
I seen much more users with gifted nothing or 1 game and won 200 games+.

Oh and i never seen that someone made a 0.05 ratio restriction.

Another idea is to create giveaways for the Playing Appreciated group, which requires winners to play their wins within a month.

This, and other groups like this, yep. It's a start.

ratio_real>5/100 should be the SGT filter command you're looking for. You can also filter by things such as library size, if desired.

cg actively supports the site being used as best fits the giveaway creators (eg, with SGT or puzzle filters, with closed groups, via link drops in streaming channels, or as a promotion resource for another site) but made it clear that he has no intentions of implementing any restrictions (other than levels) directly into the core site.

If you're just looking for people to actively play your games, you can use scripts in combination with making your own group for that purpose, or you can take part in any existing play-required groups out there.

Your problem with this comment is that for every game you win and don't play, you can't judge the 1000 other people that do the same thing. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

What you can do, as has been suggested above, it to create giveaways for groups, or create a wishlist, or make them restricted by using a puzzle or filters. BUT EVEN THEN YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
When you have given away a lot of games, you have to realise that most of those giveaways will not be played.
