How come there's suddenly so much Killing Floor being given away?

I love the game, and would love to win it, but i'm amazed how there's suddenly so many copies being given away, even in 4's and 5's

why is this?

Actually the DLC was on sale. killing floor complete pack with all DLC's were less than 5 dollars.
