They've added region locked label(label only, some are region locked and some are not) on every single game in the store, check on http://vps202375.ovh.net/STLOCKS/#storeSelect (totally not a malware site, despite it's shady url) if it's region locked. They may have added paypal lock though. Better option would be to check one of the nuuvem traders on steamgifts

Why would you say that? I was commenting on the site he mentioned, which is a very nice tool for this kind of sites. The links to the games confirmed what most other people said in this thread, that while the site checks your country, the steam keys are not region locked.

Nuuvem now default to your country of connection. If you use a VPN you can see the SA price, however now you have to check every individual games if they are region locked (although Nuuvem labels them all are region-locked, some if not lots aren't). Then the problem is that Nuuvem is Paypal locked, so you have to use a a SA (Brazil, Argentina etc...) credit account.
