Except that you can't enter a giveaway for a game you already own. Not because it's against the rules (it is), but because it wouldn't let you enter the giveaway.

I don't have YT partnership, so i don't get nothing from this if you are thinking about this. No ad's for me. You can think of this as a "here's my YT link", but does it really bother you? You can get this game for just searching through the internet and copy the best joke you find.
Why steamgifts? Because i just started using it again (more than usually), you can tell by viewing my history on steamgifts, but i wanted to use YT, because i'm using android apps for both (YT and SG) and there is no Forum option on SG's one.

I bought the game before the bundle, and i'm sure it can be gotten for free otherwise. Advertising your youtube account isn't against the rules, you can post it in the description of the giveaway you make, but as you said you are giving away a game that can be easily gotten for free and you thought the best way to give it is to make a youtube video about it and make people comment there.
As far as android apps go, you can open steamgifts in your browser, thats what i do, also thats what i do with facebook, i can even send messages without using the stupid messaging app.
Seems to me you are just asking for excuses for advertising your crap, no offence.

Game is actually not free, it is (or was) in one of the HB BTA tier bundle
If it was really free though i would understand your concern but it isnt. And I personally appreciate his gesture since i cant really afford to spend money around but would appreciate a chance to win this awesome game
