$0,27 steam wallet for a quick trade

Hey guy,
I don't have a Steam wallet because I can't buy things from Steam directly and I always have to buy retail. There's this profile background that I'm looking for, but it's rare and literally nobody has it so the only option is the steam market.

I know it's not much and it might seem like a pathetic trade for a couple of cents but there is no other way for me to get it :D
