I won a giveaway, creator never delivered it.

I blocked (EDIT: BLACKLISTED) him and marked as not received after a week. Of course I submitted a support ticket, over 3 weeks ago.

Today I check after a couple of weeks away from the site and remembered about the ticket. Not answered.

And the giveaway was deleted. I cannot see it in my "won" page as not received either I have an option to mark as not received again.

Does this mean that the user was suspended and the giveaway was deleted to "clear" the infringement? If so, ok and fair. But I don't think it was the case as I didn't get a reply from support.

Maybe giveaway creator claimed something else to the support (in other words: lied) to get the giveaway deleted instead of giving me the game so he could clear his profile? If so, I would like this checked if possible.

If anyone from support can check I appreciate. Ticket: FmyT5

The only other option I can think of is that it was re-rolled for some reason. I can't speculate as to why.
Can you see the giveaway on the creator's list of giveaways (if you remember who it was)?

You've already sent in a ticket to support, which is your best option at getting a proper answer.

Yeah, it appears the giveaway is still on his profile as "Awaiting feedback", so yeah probably it was rerolled. I tried to look before for it but maybe I was checking the "won" page.

He shouldn't be able do it. He never tried to contact me, at least not for 2 weeks after the giveway ended.

I just opened my Steam (I didn't open it for like 3, 4 days) and had a friend request from him. But this is very recent.

He still didn't deliver the game OR tried to contact me for 1-2 weeks at least, even when marked as not received. Its still against the rules and he shouldn't be suspended and I should keep in my profile the not delivered gift.

After 1 week you shouldn't be given a chance to claim he tried to contact me or whatever.

But yeah, now its very unfair he can get away with this.

How many times did you try to contact him?

You did the right thing sending in a ticket then.
There really isn't much more you can do, unless you're willing to unblock the person and try contacting them again..

Thanks. Hope support can look back at everything that happend since they are doing re-rolls so fast (which is a good thing) but reports like mine are taking a long time.

And no, I just want him to get suspended.

Also correction if it matters: I blacklisted, didn't block him on Steam.

Usually for a deletion of a GA the winner has to agree upon it by commenting on the GA. Sounds curious.
Also why did you block him? Or had you already tried to contact him before (after seven days non delivering of course)?

I blocked him because he didn't deliver the game.

He had 1 week to try to contact me.

If you blocked the user then support is permitted to grant reroll, as creator can't reach you to send a gift. Which means support is also permitted to grant giveaway being deleted in this case.

No clue why you'd block a person that is supposed to send you a gift, regardless if he delivers or not.

I blocked him after 1 week (the amount of time SG tells you to wait).

That doesn't mean that he couldn't want to deliver on the 8th day only to see himself blocked.

He had like 10 giveaways finishing the same day, all delivered expect mine.

And I have reason to know he purposefully didn't deliver it. Its explained to support.

Anyway. If I don't deliver a game, the winner waits 1 week and I never try to reach him to deliver it and he blocks (blacklists me) me I can just ask for a re-roll and thats ok?

Doesn't sound right.

It's waiting one week to mark not received and before you're suppose to get in touch with them to see whats up.

Correct, to mark not received. Creator can decide to deliver at any point in the future if he wishes to correct it. You don't have to accept it, in this case creator is free to reroll if he wants to deliver his giveaway regardless.

Blocking people only because they didn't deliver the gift sounds foolish, you could just leave him blacklisted at worst.

Correction: I did not block him. I blacklisted him. Misuse of words.

He was never blocked on Steam or whatever.

Yeah, sorry. I correct it.

So yeah he had ways to deliver me the game. Even by e-mail or Steam.

A new giveaway should have been made if you waited 7 days and marked as not received, not a re-roll.
The creator didn't deliver within 7 days = a "Not Received", but he can make a new giveaway with it after that.

This.

Being able to re-roll just sounds to me like he got away with it.

Unless winner intentionally doesn't want to accept the gift, then giveaway can be rerolled or deleted.

Otherwise you as a winner could simply refuse the gift and leave not received just to ruin somebody's delivered ratio.

Please make a ticket in "Other" to get this sorted out, making a forum post for support issues should not be done. By the way, no one can reply in tickets filed under "user report".
