If you are unable to unsubscribe, i suggest you blacklist the email address to get rid of any further email coming ur way.

If you are computer savvy, would you mind dumping the content of the original email in pastebin? It would give more information about the origin of the email.

In Gmail, you need to open the drop down > Show original, then copy the content to Notepad, redact any information about yourself - your email/name, etc., then paste the whole thing on pastebin.

If you are not comfortable doing the above, would you mind just copy the sender email address and the content of the mail to pastebin? This would be simpler and have less risk of exposing your information.

From what I can see, the French email probably comes from bundlekey.com, which matches what you are saying - looks like another key reseller site like HRK, though. As for the email XBox and PS4 game, it sounds fishy if it claims to come from bundlekey.

It is a bad idea to unsubscribe to random newsletters that you have not subscirbed to, since going through the unsubscribe procedure only confirms to them that this is an active mail address + the site that contains the unsubscribe formular might contain malware.
Instead create a filter in your mailprogram for that particular address and use the report function if possible.
