I would make a new support ticket with a reference to the previous ticket and explain to them that they removed the wrong game.

Well, I hope they're going to correct their mistake.
On that note, did you just write a message to them and asked them to remove the games permanently from your account? Or is there already a category/option in Steam support that adresses this automatically, without having to write to them in the "different problem - this and that"-manner?

I couldn't find an appropriate category when I wrote to the support, so I sent it as a "Payment failure" and named the question "Remove licenses". They seem a bit reluctant to remove games from users' account so I don't think there is a category for this kind of request.

The Hide Game feature introduced by Steam last year is pretty good tho- i completely forgot about the stuff i have hidden.

AR-K is actually a really fun game.
So yeah , you deserve what you got .
Also , why would you remove games from your library ? ... if you dont want shity games in there , dont activate them in the first place.

I fail to understand why having a BAD ( In your opiniion) game ... is an issue ...
You have it in your library , that doesnt mean you are forced to play it or anything ...

What? I made the topic for the poll. To know if people had encountered this situation. If, according to them, I am going to get the game back or if I have to buy it again. Just calm down, you clearly have a problem.
Edit: I clearly made a mistake, I did not checked how I got the games before asking the support to remove them. I removed more than 60 games and 4 of them had be won in GAs unfortunately. I already re-bought them.

I need to delete few games also....because they have wrong language or version than I need and Steam offers no upgrade (for example few collectors edition)....so the only way is to delete them....but SS (funny transcription right?) - Steam Support - sucks so much. Waiting 8th day for reply atm....nothing.

So I wrote to the steam support to remove some games from my account. Yes it can seem stupid, but I was annoyed by all the games I had on my account just because they have been in bundles or temporarily free.
Among these games, there was "AR-K", a little point and click.
But the steam support did not remove AR-K. Instead, they removed "ARK: Survival Evolved" that I bought yesterday for 22€.
And Chloé, the nice girl who answered to my request, did not forget to precise me that any game removed has to be bought again. Sure thingggg, Chloé.
Do you think that they are going to do something about it ? Are they going to ignore my new message ? Have you ever encountered this kind of situation ? ._.

PS 2: GA will be added later, I'm a bit angry now :(
Edit: I removed 60+ games, and among them, 4 had be won in GAs. I clearly made a mistake and I'm sorry, I should have checked twice how every game had been obtained. I already re-bought them.
