I am all for varied bundles - but all they had to do was add a couple of steam games and I might have purchased it - even with the ps-crapfest in there - sigh !

Yeah I recently and very briefly owned a PS4 and even if I hadn't slapped myself silly and realized my rightful place amongst the PC Master Race, I STILL wouldn't get this bundle. It's all PS3 games!! Wth Capcom?!? A Coupon off of SFV? Anyone who wanted to buy SFV already bought it. I'm sitting here looking at my Ryu statue from the Collectors Edition and he agrees. 40% off or not, everyone who has does or ever will want to buy SFV already freaking bought it when stores were panicking and selling it super cheap a month after release.

Late two cents, I know ^^ But it is not a government problem, but the publishers and sellers. Most games are not forbidden at all but on the so called index, meant no to be sold to people younger than 18 years. There is no need for steam and others to prevent Germans from having the games - they just have to start an age verification within steam itself and this is easy. But they don't care. And so Germans buy games on grey market and activate on steam normally wihtout any issues or they have to pirate it if they want to play. Most games are not forbidden. Some are, but in most cases these are the games that contain Nazi symbols and other related crap, which indeed is forbidden by law. I don't care if the developers, steam and humble don't want my money. There is G2A and so on ...

As far as i know, unless it has changed over last years, you can create an american account on any playstation. I have a US PSN account and i had bought game on it in the past, and can still play them even with my EU PSN account (i don't even need to logon the US PSN account to play them). But i might had changed because i haven't followed much this since last years.

yeah, i have a us psn and a eu one, but i don't think we can bypass paypal lock on payment... i was interested in okami hd only and it's often on sale at 5€, so i don't care. :P

I agree, also the content of this bundle is... let's say it's ok. For the price of 15$ you receive 13 games ( including Okami which I truly love in every possible way ), however, the problem lies in two aspects:
- It's region locked. RIP EU.
- Only 3 games are avaiable for PS4, most of the people upgraded their consoles long time ago. Frankly, if you have a 'spare cash' there is no point in keeping PS3 nowadays.
Personally I still have my PS3, which was used aprox. 3 years ago. So yeah.

1 shouldn't be an issue. I live in SEA and I have three PSN accounts in Singapore, UK and US all connected to my PS4.

But even so, it's a pretty good sign that there can be hopefully better PlayStation bundles in the future. Similar to Nintendo bundles.

The same. I had a "OMFG" moment with a huge smile on my face. I was ready to instant buy it, only for RE1 HD. Then I saw the PS3 logo...
I do have a PS3, but even if I wanted those games on my console (and I don't), I couldn't play them, since there is a fishy region-lock.
The worst bundle ever imho : successively super happy > super pissed and disappointed > meh maybe on PS3 if the BTA gets low > super pissed and disappointed again by the region-lock.

I would've been happy if they even just did a bundle of PS1 titles redeemable on the PS Store. At least I can use that across most platforms. As it is, I've already got the games I want from the sales Capcom's had on the store over the past few years, so I'll pass on this.

My guess is that they got this deal to make the bundle with Capcom of america, knowing the weird internal relationships that some of this international companies have between ofices maybe they didn't got to aprove the bundle to be world-wide.
About it being mostly PS3 oriented, dunno.

I'm in the US and made a European PS account... when I had a PSP Go they had more demos for free in Europe and some that were only for Japan as well. Had PS aacounts for Europe and Japan just for that purpose alone.
