What sort of restrictions do you like to see on GAs?

SGtools with arcane custom rules, BL threats, multiple complex puzzles. Basically as restrictive as possible
The occasional puzzle, train, or simple SGtools restrictions are fine.
The standard things (white list, groups, invite only, level restrictions) built into SG are sufficient.
Give me level zero public GAs or give me death!

Bumping some great GAs - thanks for the chance! :-)
About the poll: The current SG restrictions are sufficient although I really like puzzle and train GAs. Those often contain great games that I wasn't aware of until then.
