Anyone know if the GamersGate Fallout 3 GOTY key is region free?

Hi,

I finally got the Fallout 3 GOTY key from the Bethesda New Year Bundle but since I have it plan on giving it away.
However, I got burned with the Fallout New Vegas Ultimate key when it turned out to be region locked and wouldn't work in the Russian region (I ended up buying them a copy that worked).

Does anyone know if the Fallout 3 GOTY key is also region locked or not?

Begging is really annoying in the forum.

Even fake-begging will be punished.

Authors of threads like "Can someone please gift me game X" will be temp banned, even if the thread contains a giveaway and is meant as joke.
