Should I trouble support with this Steamtrades phishing or referal spam?

I know support is busy but this is too much. He's been spamming everywhere in Steamtrades.

That looks like it might be a phishing link, though. Sure, it's probably just a dumb referral link, but it could be malicious - which would warrant more urgency / priority, no?
