It's not so much the percentage but rather the fact the DLC cost more than the base game while being exclusively fighters. If one of them was a new story campaign of comparable length as the base game I'd probably have bought it.
Do they honestly want to tell me that more work went into the 14 DLC characters than the base game with its campaign and 28 character roster?

Just look at Injustice (1)... First they removed all DLC in favour of an Ultimate Edition that included everything, then said Ultimate Edition was bundled 14 times.
They could have had 8 - 9€ if their pricing was less predatory... now they'll (potentially) get 2 or 3 as part of a Humble Tier 2.

I dunno. 140 MB drop is not that much, other games dropped more when removed the malware. Also there is not a single offical info about, only some spculations in discussions. Checked some groups about it but there is no 100% assured information.
