Weird... Maybe try disabling Adblock / uBlock Origin... Maybe that will do the trick.
Beside that you can always try different browsers. I've seen promotions work on Firefox but not on Chrome and the other way around.

GMG has an interesting offer where they give a different free game every 6 hours. However, stocks are limited, so grab it while you can.

You have to be logged in, scroll down to "SkyTime" which is the Free game as of now, click "Get Voucher", add the game to the cart and use the voucher. It will knock the price down to 0.00$. (This was the game at the time of posting, games change every few hours)
