In the bottom left-hand corner of the steam client there's a + ADD A GAME button. Click that, then activate a product on steam

the half-life one was from a physical case. It came with like 3 keys. One of half-life 1, one for opposing force, one for counter-strike. Only the half-life 1 one seemed to work I guess.
