You can play DDR with your arms! Other than that, I don't have any suggestions

I can't find anything that would look like a typical Just Dance game. Did you mean playing on a dedicated gamepad or tapping the dance mat with hands? Left hand has also limited capabilities for the handicapped person so that's out of question - and we mean to sweat more than arms/hands only :)
Correct me if I'm wrong or blind and omitted a DDR game that didn't use dance pad and Move/Kinect instead.
There is always a softmod for Wii (importing an Asian console would be too much for me) but I want to exhaust possibilities first.

I believe the only solution here is going to your local arcade and play DRR. I doubt you'll find the kind of music you are looking for because it probably wouldn't sell as well. Maybe you'll be able to find something that has been localized but I doubt it.

No problem - added thanks to this post in fact. Besides, this discussion takes me back :D Managed to softmod both Wii and WiiU so I already played those region-locked games after importing them :) Having lots of fun with them to this day :)
Next step would be creating a mainland China account for the Just Dance with 3 China-exclusive songs but I put a hold on it.

Hello,
I was looking in quite a lot of places but ended up with almost nothing. I'm looking for dance games with Asian songs in them, whether available from start/after unlocking or as paid DLCs. I mean sth more than PSY's Gangnam Style and Gentleman from recent Just Dances.
What I'm looking for exactly are games which focus on arms tracking (Move) or whole body tracking (Kinect/PS Camera) - Dance Revolution is out of scope since the game would be played also by a handicapped person. I have Dance Central 3 with 2NE1's song, Dance Evolution with some Asian-like songs and of course Spectronizer for Just Dance 3.
I found K-Pop Dance Festival but it's a Wii South Korea exclusive... Just Dance Wii/Wii 2/Wii U - again, thanks for nothing Nintendo. There was one more I don't remember the name but whatever since it was for Asian Wiis.
So in short: anything for PS3, PS4 (PS Eye/Camera/Moves owned) or European X360 with Kinect? If there's a game for Wii (U) with tons of Asian songs to dance to which was released in Europe I'd consider buying the console so feel free to let me know if I missed sth somehow.
