Timesaver DLC not included. Please check carefully. It's not present in the DLC bundle, nor the"Complete Edition". I expect that if you plaster a " Complete " in the product name to have everything that was released. I know that's a cheat DLC, but if you say that it's everything, put everything and leave the player to choose if he will use it or not.

Yes, because you get the same content cheaper. 1+2 against the full price of the Complete Edition and gives you exactly the same content as the Complete Edition. You can grab the Timesaver DLC, if you want, in a sale (it happened before, when they put everything NFS on sale, so you just have to be patient).
Rivals + DLC bundle for EU is 20 euro, Complete Edition is 40 euro. My math says that the better deal is Rivals+ DLC bundle.

Best deals for EA are usually at the most unexpected times. So if you want cheaper, you need to check Origin often. And i'm usually too lazy to do that, which led to me losing some nice deals on games that i wanted there.
Still, grabbed this Christmas Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe at 40% discount. 40 euro instead 70...
