I actually bought like 5 games there but the rest I just claimed when they were 100% off

Like 4000 when you add up every client (steam, origin, gog, epic, uplay, etc.), more than what I can reasonably play within my lifetime, but that ain't stopping me from adding stuff to the pile, my great grandchilder will still be chipping away at it if it's necesary.
Joking aside I've been using steam for 7 years and only finished 113 games according to my count (started another 170 that either can't be finished or I have yet to do so), so I don't think I'll see the end of it.
BTW I do play games outside of steam but I haven't kept track of how many.

GOG counted this for me, I linked all accounts for PC, 1284 of them are on Steam. Dunno what's wrong with GOG but it seems they didn't count anything from my GOG account. Really odd cause they added ones from Steam, Origin, UPlay, and Epic games.

Another good question would be "How many games in your collection have you actually played?". And my answer would be "not even half".
