I had trouble before about this. So can someone help please? On some games i dont want to lose my progress, ı couldnt find their save files.

-The Binding of Isaac

-Rogue Legacy

-Spelunky

-Risk of Rain

Also i dont want to download Borderlands 2 all over again, so is there any way to backup all of its files (no save file yet, i didnt have time to play yet)

You can use usbs, external hard drives and maybe clouds to store game files. (folders)

If you have the games on Steam and they use Steam cloud and you have it turned on then you probably don't need to worry about backing up progress.

Aside from that, you can give this a try: GameSave Manager

As far as the Borderlands 2 thing goes, if you right-click on an installed game in your Steam library there should be an option to backup the files.

Just savefiles are in too much places, could be in MyGames, Documents or %LOCALAPPDATA%.
You have to google for each game, where the savefile is.
I think there was a wiki or website for this, if not, someone pls make one. ;)
I just backup games and save files manually on a external HDD. You can use any Backup tool, too.

Isaac's save files seems to be in two places: http://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/34600/where-does-the-binding-of-isaac-store-its-saved-data. If it did't work, maybe google just that game.

I'm glad the others worked!
