I was struggling with this too but I just figured it out! You need to go to this page again https://multiversus.com/en/twitch-drops Make sure you're signed in, then click the orange "claim code" text next to step 4! Open in desktop site on mobile if you can't see it!

It's F2P anyway starting tomorrow. Their definition of "beta" vs "early access" is a little shaky. The "beta" keys are really the full game a week or two early.

For anyone that is making a giveaway for MultiVersus, the keys are only to play the base game early before it launches in 2 days(July 26th) as free 2 play.
The way they have it setup is weird. The listing on here has it marked at 40P, but that's actually for the Standard Edition, which is the base game that's free for everyone, as well as 15 Character Tokens for instant character unlocks, 1 Exclusive Banner (Rare) and 300 Gleamium. Those keys don't include that.

I don't think a lot of people who made GAs or most people in general are aware of things due to how it's setup in the API. As far as removing that option, I think if it was removed what will happen is people will create GAs for the DLC, which would definitely create a bigger problem... people not receiving the DLC, more tickets etc.
