I always fast during ramadan, and sometimes out of ramadan, you know, religious things :P and i'm already thin, but i'm still alive. :P
You won't really die if you stop eating for like 15 hours xD there are some poor guys, don't eat for days :/

No, it's mine. >:( I also go to the gym, so it's partly a matter of metabolism, partly a matter of healthy eating (well, I eat junk food too), and partly a matter of gym. :P

Good luck with fasting, the only type of fasting I ever handled was the Christian one were you fast certain foods, not food altogether for a full day. I don't really like the fact that kids are pushed to fast during Ramadan tho, but that might just be me.

Kids are not pushed to fast :P if you can't fast because you have a sickness, or you just can't fast, then you just don't, you won't be a sinner :P

I'm just talking from the experiences I've had with people fasting in England over the years during Ramadan, some kids are not pushed to fast but some more, let's say, 'committed parents' have made their children fast, one of them even ended up fainting in school. It's hot man, the need for water is real. xD
