Rerolling GAs usually takes 5 days for me, but it seems more backed up this time of year, try waiting a week or two.

Just a quick question. What is normal turn-around time for support on request for rerolling? Had to put in ticket on request of winner because they forgot to remove entry after buying the game literally hours before end of GA, no biggie. The only time I've had to use Support to date is to delete a giveaway and that was pretty much instantaneous. Understand there is probably more involved with a reroll, was just trying to get a ballpark figure. Thanks
