Are you running Beta Steam?

But i dont steam beta update.

Edit:
I fixed the problem so, thanks!

-Go to- Steam\appcache\
*Delete folder "httpcache"

-Go to- Steam\config

  • Delete folders "cookies", "htmlcache", "overlaycookies", "overlayhtmlcache"

and i use the google dns and I deleted the google dns.

I had problem with my grid icons a while ago, opting in the beta solved it.

So maybe try to enable Beta Participation

Steam ---> Settting ---> Beta Participation
Check - maybe this will help you
