Half-Life 2 on Gameminer, was my first win on the internet ever.
Then there's Tomb Raider 2013 on Steamgifts (damn I love that game).

Keep in mind that Tomb Raider 2013 is ENTIRELY different from the rest of the franchise... Or so I've heard.
Never played any TR games until Tomb Raider 2013, so I couldn't know for sure.

Yup. TR I-V have basicly the same mechanics (which are great to play, but do not use mouse ;) ). Angel of Darkness sucks, Legend was OK, Anniversary was basically a remake of original TR I and Underworld which was rather mediocre, but then - a light of hope - Tomb Raider 2013, a great game. Really had lots of fun playing it.

Oh I'm sure it is very different. I'm just sort of a completionist who would like to play them all in order :) Of course it's been a year and a half since I bought the new one and I'm still a long ways off from playing it with the number of previous installments left :p

Oh, I also won Watch_Dogs and DayZ on group giveaways (not on Steamgifts). DayZ, well, that game was terrible but it was really great winning such a hyped game.
As for Watch_Dogs, never got around to play it due to my capped internet... :(

It was too buggy and unfinished for me. I haven't played after the big updates, though.

But seriously, that is a tough question, I've won A TON of great games from the awesome contributors on this site as well as on the few other giveaway sites that I use/have used in the past.
The game that I've won that I've played the most would have to be Batman: Arkham City, such a great game that I had a ton of fun playing! (I won it through a forum puzzle that was REALLY hard. Fun fact: I won Borderlands 2 from the same contributor, less than 24 hours later. o_O Thanks again omnitau!)
