Should i request another winner?

My Magicas giveaway finished two days ago. I sent the key to the winner but theres no feedback yet, the winner never got online again, is a new user, 0 level. Should i request another winner? How much time do you think i should wait for the game to be claimed?

Winning

  • Winners should correctly mark their gift as received or not received within one week of the giveaway closing. This feedback should be kept up-to-date if the status of the gift changes.

Just make sure you try to contact them since if they use key and don't marked received then the new winner will have invalid key and support going to take awhile to help(5+ months) but maybe it's faster for that issue since I believe I heard moderators are assigned to different ticket issues.
