I would get it if I had a damn Xbox controller. Yup. You require a controller to play it. And PS3 controllers suck for 'hooking up' with your computer.

This is not true. The full version of the game has been released. It has full mouse and keyboard support. That being said it would definitely be better with a controller as some of the controls are a little silly. I don't think the keys can be rebound either but don't quote me. The game is excellent though I would definitely recommend if you have a gamepad or don't mind mildly finicky controls.

I've been using my PS3 controller for awhile now and it works just fine with motionjoy. Its even wireless!

PS4 controllers will work natively with pc. I'm gonna pick up one of them for sure.

It uses directinput instead of xinput which is an older api that doesn't include rumble and wont detect any headsets that are plugged in the controller. Otherwise you just plug it in by usb and it works.
Just as good as an xbox controller is subjective. I prefer the feel of a ps3 over a 360 pad and I think I will prefer the ps4 pad as well so I don't mind making compromises.
Apparently it also works with macs and xbox 360's haha. If you have Bluetooth as well I'm sure you could use it wireless as well.
