How long to wait after winning?

Hi sorry this is the first time i've won and i've created giveaways and normally people add me or I add them pretty much immediatley if im online.
But today i won my first giveaway :) but i cant find this guys name on steam and when i try to add him it wont let me, i've tried adding his friends and atleast that puts a request through its like he's blocked me. I also cant see a steam game in his inventory.
Is it a fake giveaway or what?

Looks fake to me. But it is against the rules to call out people like this

Edit - Looks like he doesnt own the game either

seems like his inventory is private,

u need to wait atleast a week if u havent recieved the gift by then , u click not recieved

The gifter have 1 week to send the gift. After that you can mark it as not received. You should have known this if you read the FAQ.
