Is this gift bundle expensive or not, because of deleted games?

HL episode games are not available to buy, so is this sub costs more? Or these games will be given with another game from steam? If not, how much this bundle will cost?

they come with HL2 now and are no longer classified as games, just tools, so no not really valuable
playing them is in HL2 now.
