"legit" does not mean you bought from them one time and it was okay. Blizzard explicitly doesn't allow sales outside of battle.net/retail.

i bought about 50 games on this kind of sites, probably more and so did many others - noone i know got banned until now. the worst thing that happened was the game got removed from the account and even that never happened to me or someone i know.

i bought the origins version when they had the free weekend since it was cheaper than the standard version (origins version 34€) the standard was 36€
so you should wait for the 1year update (in 5days) of the game it will be alot cheaper to buy it
