I keep getting friend requests on steam by someone named "xxb3.com<some chinese characters>". I keep blocking it but after a while the request comes up again. Is there a way to stop it? Does it happens to anybody else?

I also keep getting "QQ<chinese characters>#####" of some variation, and I blocked every one of them. Just keep blocking them I guess. It's possible to report them but I'm lazy and I assume they'll just make new ones.

I am sure they can't "hack" your account just by simply adding you as a friend.

Indeed, you can't hack someone just by adding them as a friend, though if you click the link they send you and log in through that link THAT is a way of hacking you, but unless you give them your information it's not that easy for someone to hack you, even more if you use the app code to login.
