It's just a bug in the bundle count due to the fact that bundle that contains Stunt Kite Party ("Radical Bundle", T3) is a rebundle of a previous bundle that contained only 2 tiers (T3 was added to the versions of Radical Bundle that were released after Jun 2020 only).

Sorry, could you check after claiming Sherlock Holmes if you are effectively eligible to drop its cards? I just did but the medal page says I can't drop any cards from the game, which seems odd.

Huh, I see. Did your key activate "The Testament of Sherlock Holmes Retail" (Sub 13281)? I'm starting to wonder if the key I got from Fanatical was for the wrong sub of the game, more specifically one not linked to card drops (like those from free versions given lately on Steam store).

Try first a restart in steam client. Maybe its a glitch? You should be able to drop 4 cards from this game while playing the game.

I tried to start the game a moment ago (only checked a couple pages in the menu since I wanted to save playing it for later) but my medal page still says I am not eligible to drop cards.
Also, I'm checking the Steam support but there is no section to report this particular issue and ultimately I'm only offered to contact the developer (which I'd really like to avoid, since Frogwares has never replied to the tickets I sent them months ago for some other issue concerning other games they published) or get refunded (which would not help either in this case).
I'm sincerely clueless on what to do, I know it's just cards that cost a few cents but I was hoping to be able to drop four and eventually additional packs in the future. Instead, the page medal acts as if I don't own the game at all, even though I clearly own it.

I really dont know my friend. Make a ticket to steam for this game and tell them that you cannot drop cards. They will help you i am sure.

I'm trying to figure out if there is any way to send them a ticket where I can actually explain them what happened, but their Help menu seems to only redirect me to a bunch of standard FAQs or the abovementioned solutions (Contact Devs and Refund). Surely there must be a way to actually tell them in detail what happened?
EDIT: Apparently Steam has no way to directly contact them with a support ticket... I sent one to Fanatical instead, but I doubt they can do anything about it since it's more of an issue that can only be fixed by Steam itself.

Update: for some reason it fixed itself! I went back to check the medal page half day later and now it shows I can drop cards for the game :D

It's been a while since I've bought anything through Fanatical. I remember being able to by a limit of two bundles before, which is annoying when you have three gamers in the house but I get why they do it. However, I tried doing that here and didn't realize until after I bought the bundle that my cart had changed and removed the repeated games from the first order. So you can buy this bundle twice but only if you're picking up games you didn't get in the first order.

Not bad - I wanted XIII Classic and Furious Angels. So I got 3 extra games.
I'm staying away from most of the more expensive bundles since I'm spending more on hardware upgrades, like one of the latest GPUs.
