If you buy a gift you cant trade it for some days and if you can trade them, you have them on hold for a few days. It doesnt make a difference, you wont get money faster.

the thing is, you can't
there is the option of selling some items for paypal but you will end up losing 20 or 30% and a HIGH chance of getting scammed because you need it badly it seems
my opinion: whatever you need, you don't need it (let me know if it worked)

You can get it from wallet to PP, buy games and then sell for PP. U have 0 rep so u must go first and i think u wont go first so 0 trades done.

I would have suggested Ryse: Son of Rome for $5, since it's pretty high on wishlists, and sell it for $4 (20% off) but the discount is over now.
Search for games like that. Use Community Wishlist as a guide for what people want, be the first to send the game, drop at least 20% off the price and trade with people with high rep.

You mean buying @ $20 and selling @ $15? Yeah, that's pretty good. (Not for me, I hate most indies)
What you can do is open a trade for it and see if there's demand for that price. Don't buy before you check it.

Yeah, everyone here wants a profit and with the ban+low rep+urgency you'll have a high chance of getting scammed.
Best I can think of would be to post a thing in the trades area of the site. You might get a hit but, assuming the other party doesn't scam you, the most you could get probably is $10-15.

If I have to be honest, I wouldn't trust you, nothing personal but:
-low rep
-vac ban
-urgency
-I'll buy a 20$ game and sell it for 15$

Also paypal is easy to chargeback, you should be careful too.

I really need to get $15 out of my steam wallet and onto my paypal account fast. Not sure where to go, I'm willing to buy and sell any game worth $15. (Most I can spend is $20)
(I'm also VAC banned on CS:GO so selling csgo items are out of the question)
