It says " Connection Timed out for everyone in Dublin right now!" mayb a region-specific issue

"Google Chrome could not load the webpage because www.google.ie took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection."

You can clear your DNS cache without any problems.
Windows: ipconfig /flushdns
Linux: /etc/init.d/nscd restart

One DNS name may point to several IP addresses. So called load balancing is used for services provided to many users :)
Maybe one server is down or is passing maintenance or is under dDOS or is needed for something else. Happens very often. If it is detected all traffic is redirected but previous users might have minor issues for short period of time.
