"Bought all the Sleeping Dogs junk yesterday for 91% off, yay. :)
Today poking about in the store I saw a few of the DLC weren't showing the green "you already own" bar. So I thought oops, missed some yesterday, better grab those. But when I try to add them to my account, there's a little box "Sorry, an error has occurred: Limit exceeded." :(
A bit of searching suggests this error means I already own it. But the store thinks I don't, and will still let me "purchase for myself." Anyone had this happen? What did you do?"

I've bought recently Payday 2 with tf2 keys, as a gift that I can add to my library, until now, it's ok. Then I tried to add it at my library, so, there was the problem " Sorry, an error has occurred:
Limit exceeded "
I was thinking that was cause I've made a recently purchase, that's was pending the payment, and I don't really intend to pay it, cause I already bought it, what can I do to activate my game? answear it as fastest as possible, please '-' ?
