Landmarks Event - Europe 1, #32 Waiting on the Shore! Till Dec 20!

My sincerest apologies for the lateness of this puzzle for all you solvers of this week's event. For some reason, I just couldn't find a good hook for this landmark. Each time I went to create a puzzle for it, it just brought me sadness.... I've also enjoyed adding a short land-mark themed train to my other puzzles but as much as I searched, I just couldn't find any truly good games to add... Anyway, here you go.

For this puzzle, I've just done a jigsaw - you'll receive the pass-phrase as your reward. No train this time.
