28 August 2004 - Half-Life Platinum Pack ;)

30 Dec, 2008 Football Manager 2009.

Went through a spell of a number of years In the 00's where nearly all I ever played was Championship Manager, Football Manager and FIFA. Lost interest in general gaming for quite a long time, only playing football-related titles. Second game was Football Manager 2010. It was Skyrim, my third game on Steam that got me back into playing other kinds of games and I've not looked back since.

Civilization V. Damn thing had to be activated with Steam. x(

Dark Souls 2

Because I wanted to play it on multiplayer (pirateded it a few days before), and it was the best gaming decision I've made thus far.
Until that point I only played retail store games and pirateded games from friends.

Second game was Dark Souls 1 as it got popular with the release of DS2, and multiplayer was a big thing again.

Third game was Terraria to play it with friends (with whom I played Minecraft with, where I was an admin of a 200 people server).

Fourth was the first Star Wars Humble Bundle, because like 90% of those games I've played in my childhood, and not all my old CDs were still functioning.

From that point on, the bundle addiction grew and I kept buying cheap bundle games. Which is a good thing, because some great games I'd never have found out about otherwise.

Well my first game was beta key of DOTA 2 from my friend.
Been using Steam since then.

Dota 2 - Gift

HL2 in Nov. 2004. I had (and mostly still have) zero interest in the FPS genre, but I got the key as a supplement for the graphics card I bought.

So I accidentally stepped into Steam and HL2. :)

The Orange Box, physical version, in 2009. I got into the game pretty late.

I still have it stored in a safe place, should be handy if I ever need to reclaim my account.

Feb 18, 2009: NVIDIA Portal: The First Slice, but that was free.

My first purchase was Jan 2, 2011: Plants vs. Zombies, Valve Complete 2009 Pack, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, and Killing Floor Bundle for $67.77.

April 11, 2006 - Half-Life 2 Game of the Year

Velvet Assassin. Remember I bought it on sale for 0.74 just so I could be able to trade some cards or something. I tried to play it for a few hours and abandoned it because is hard and clunky as fuck.

My first paid game was King of Fighters XIII and free to play was either Team Fortress 2 or DotA 2. :3
