I thought I could maybe help you out because I vaguely remembered there was something World of Tanks in one of the E3 Digital Ticket Bundles but apparently that was an Invite code as well.

No problem ;) I hate for those non-steam codes from mixed Bundles to go to waste anyway but it's quite hard finding someone who can make use of them.

yup, true, even though World of Tanks is quite a popular game, it seems like nobody on SteamGifts or SteamTrades plays it at all :P
(I do play it with some friends and my cousin tho, so enough people to play with at least :3)

haha, it's true that codes for existing accounts are rare in comparison to invite codes, tho they certainly exist, like the Intel key mentioned above, they gave away two versions, 1 version was an invite key, the other a bonus code. Only other way to get bonus codes really is buying stuff that have a world of tanks promotion at that moment or by getting them from giveaways like those on Alienware website, like a few days ago (I missed it of course -____- XD)

And yeah, some codes have region restrictions on them, tho most codes just work here in EU servers unless it is very specifically stated otherwise :p

Hi people,
Yesterday I made a trade with a wrong outcome, I did not receive what I expected due to an honest mistake of the person I traded with (I don't hold a grudge, because he was kind enough to compensate in another way). Due to this trade I wasn't able to get the World of Tanks bonus code I've been looking forward to so much, I've played the game for 5 years already and this code was something really cool. Though it turned out to be an invite code instead of a bonus code, which means it's only usable for new accounts and not existing ones :(
I was wondering if anybody on SG has a WoT bonus code left that he or she isn't planning to use and is willing to trade with me for the other stuff I got from the trade (non-steam software):
Autodesk Pixlr
Autodesk Sketchbook
Magix Fastcut
Paintshop Pro 8
I can also offer a copy of Spec Ops: The Line and Sid Meier's Pirates, sadly these are all the games I have left since that trade took the 5 other games I had left :(
I know this isn't the right place to ask for trades, but since I know that nobody on steamtrades ever seems to have World of Tanks stuff, I thought it might be better to ask it here I'm sorry for wasting your time if you expected something else and I'm sorry if this is breaking any SG rules, I'm just kind of sad about how this trade went :(
[Edit: for those wondering, the invite code for WoT that I got was one for the German tier/level 8 tankdestroyer Jagdtiger 8,8 cm, a tank which isn't available to buy anymore + 1250 gold + 7 days premium account, total value is higher than €50,-. Sadly he thought it was a bonus code instead of an invite code, and so did I, because it was from an INTEL promotion when buying a new processor, which can give an invite code and a bonus code with the same things in it]
