Yes, either Enhanced Steam or Steam Economy Ehancer adds a Buy Remaining Cards button. It opens a dialogue where you can set the max price and the amount of any cards, although it defaults to completing only a level 1 badge. With a few clicks, you can buy as many as you want, assuming there are enough on the market for that price range.

Is there a Tool or a Script to Buy full Card Sets from the Steammarket?
i only found Scripts for Bulk Crafting, but to Purchase from the Market i didnt found one
Would be nice if there is a Tool or Something to sort the Badge Prices beginning with the cheapest and ignoring badges lvl 5 i already own
