Question about Steam Gift Saver

Steam Gift Saver. So I know this app three days ago, I saw it on the top of the sale page in SG. However, I don't really understand how the games are selected. So the game the app deleted, are bundle games? red (unsafe) sign means good deal?
Help me~I am confused
