*KnG* is a scammer

I had a nice deal with KnG(http://steamcommunity.com/id/KnGas) . I sent him Dota 2 gift and he was supposed to send me a Payday key but he didn't. He just blocked me and ran away. Is reporting him ever get my Dota 2 gift back?
