Deleting/re-creating giveaway

You can recreate GA without problem. I mean you can end Ga before it ended and then use the key again (until it was not used of course :) ). Of course you should not delete GAs without a reason or to trick someone, just if you changed your mind or make a mistake about group or level or something like this:).

EDIT: of course if GA already ended you should just send a key even if you changed mind, until winner agree to delete.

You cant delete ended GAs without winners permission.
