What else would you do with the key? It'll help boost your stats here so it's rewarding for you as well. =) Unless you can find a place to sell it, which I'm not sure where you could sell virtual codes.

That's an interesting point I wouldn't have thought about myself (I'm not familiar with the Russian community as you are). So I'll add to TinyPurple suggestion a +2 level restriction to cut out the at least some of the system-abusing type.

you can try and make a region restiracted + whitelist. maybe someone can enter.
3 options:

1. no one enter. re do a GA or something
2. less than 5 enter, you get to feel good about yourself that the game got a "worthy" user but you don't get CV
3. more than 5 enter, everyone happy :)

Edit: or just make it lvl2 like Amorphism said. but even people with high CV can be jerks, at least they gave something back

By your approach to them, and comments you make, I think you are no better than you think they are.

Don't do this giveaway, and stay in your prejudices, it's not that there is too many people like you in the world.
